Ingredients

  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 50 g almond drink
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 10 g erythritol
  • 2 g cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Stir the quark and almond milk until smooth, then stir in the chia seeds and erythritol.
  2. Cover and let it soak overnight (at least 2 hours) in the fridge.
  3. Stir again before serving, top with the raspberries and dust with cinnamon.

Chia seeds are one-third fiber and swell strongly – that keeps you full for a long time. The erythritol (10 g) is blood-sugar-neutral and included in the carb column; only about 7 g of carbs are actually metabolically active.
